Destribats is the first male to qualify Argentina for the Olympics since 1996… He is also only the fourth men’s freestyle wrestler to compete at Olympics… Qualified Argentina for Tokyo at 65 kg with a silver-medal finish at the ’20 Pan American Olympic Qualifier, which included a signature win over Zain RETHERFORD (USA)… Competed for Argentina at ’19 World Championships… Took fifth at ’19 Pan American Games… Earned bronze medals at ’19 and ’20 Senior Pan American Championships… Won his bracket in both freestyle and Greco-Roman at ’17 Junior Pan American Championships… Also won gold at ’16 Junior Pan American Championships… Claimed gold medals at the ’15, ’16 and ’17 South American Championships… Collected silver medal at ’18 South American Games… Won gold at ’21 Dan Kolov.
